About Food: Friend or Foe
As a human, we have some primary needs that must be fulfilled to stay alive. One of them is our demand for consumption, in this case, foods. A long time ago, since the dawn of humanity, we must eat something to make our stomach full, so we can do anything, survive is the main case at that time. Our old ancestors, as hunters and gatherers, consuming everything that they can hunt or found in the forest, or even in the river, to accomplish their daily diet. In a day, they can eat different types of food, like dried fish for breakfast, wild mushrooms for lunch, and rabbit meats for dinner. At that time, they can maintain their own stamina and body shape because of their varied types of food, and they also skillfully in how to differ the appropriate food and the poisonous one. There is no trade or payment to achieve food, just the way you acquire the product that will respond to your needs.
When moving into the next step, after we can harness the power of the animal, to breed and pasture them, and maintain crops for our daily, our ability and body become degenerate. Our mobility becomes slower, our reaction becomes dull, and our body quality becomes badly damaged because of it. Consuming grain and domesticated animals makes us less to move or productive, created a new generation that only relies on their diet on the same typical kind of food for daily life. This activity, demand something worse in the future, as we recognizing that the main cause of our common disease nowadays come from our bad diet of foods. What we craving now become our undercover enemies, that one day will claim our life. Let say, diabetes, heart attack, cancer, intestinal problems, and many other; almost all of them are resulting from the daily bad food that we consume. Compare them with the ancestor that have muscular bodies and aggressive skill in the field with us, a bunch of big belly things with a slow reaction in any aspect of the world. So far, most of us do not realize it, but soon, when they realize, it just too late.
